Return & Refund Policy
Unhappy with your product? Wanting to exchange or return it? Please then take note of our policies below.
If you wish to return your products please do so within 30 days from purchase date along with original receipt or other proof of purchase. If you don’t have this documentation or your product was a gift it can be exchanged (not refunded), as long as it is in perfect condition and under R1000 in value.
The returned items must be unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. The original packing (shrink wrap) and sleeves etc. must still be intact in order to be eligible for an exchange/refund. You are able to return it for a refund less the shipping cost.

If the products you purchased from us were faulty, torn or damaged at the time of purchase; then we will refund you or provide you with a replacement product provided that the items are returned within a reasonable time and with proof of purchase.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund and that aLoveSupreme products purchased from supplier stores (not our own stores) cannot be returned or exchanged with us.
