Leanne, leads our team and handles our international sales. When she’s not conquering the world of business, she’s Ryan’s partner in crime, a supermom to three boys and two furry companions. Fuelled by To Do lists, morning flat whites and captivating podcasts. With her unstoppable spirit, she’s the heartbeat of our team, inspiring us to conquer mountains, both literal and metaphorical.

Creative Director

Ryan, our resident life enthusiast! He is the mastermind behind our whimsical illustrations, infusing each design with his innate quirky sense of humour. He is a graphic designer with a whole other world of clients (betrue.co.za), which we love to forget when we need a new range or artwork from him! Ryan's retail obsession and craft beer expertise add spice to his vibrant life. Ryan adds flavour and fun to every moment.

Operations Manager

Muneera, the conductor of our vibrant symphony! With a passion for cats and beach vibes, she fills our workspace with sunny energy adding a pop of pink at every opportunity! Her moral compass guides us through choppy logistic seas, always steering with honesty at the helm. And when it's time to refuel, forget the kale; she savours every bite, turning meals into flavourful
celebrations.

Sales and Marketing Manager

From supporting our local stockists to driving our marketing strategy, Isabella brings fresh energy and sharp insight to the role. Whether she’s planning campaigns or building connections, she brings strategy and soul to every part of the process — adding value in ways big and small.

Organised, intuitive, and full of energy, Isabella leads with heart and purpose. A devoted dog mom of two, she finds balance in beach walks, yoga, and hikes with her pups. Whether she’s behind the scenes or out in the world, she brings warmth, clarity, and momentum to our team.

Social Media and Watershed Manager

Isabelle, our social media and Watershed manager — equal parts adventurer and content queen, with a flair for keeping things fresh and the team on their toes!
Whether processing orders, assisting staff, or crafting online content, Isabelle energizes every task with creativity and joy. When not at the desk, you'll find her exploring the outdoors, soaking up nature's beauty, and enjoying good music.

Office Administrator

Keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes, Tara is the organised heart of the office, bringing warmth, efficiency, and a steady hand to everything she does. Whether managing the day-to-day details or supporting the team wherever needed, she approaches every task with care and dedication.
When she's not at work, you'll likely find Tara exploring the trails of Newlands Forest, curled up with a good book, or spending time with her greatest title of all: Mom. A nature lover at heart, her happy place is the Kruger National Park, where she feels most connected to the beauty and wonder of the wild.

Orders and Stock Team Manager

Naomi leads the flow of orders and oversees the packing team, ensuring each order is accurately picked, carefully packed, and dispatched with consistency and care. In her role as Orders and Packing Team Manager, she keeps the process running smoothly from purchase through to delivery, balancing efficiency with attention to detail.

Calm and quietly dependable, Naomi brings structure and steadiness to a fast-moving environment. Her eye for detail and love of organised systems make her a natural fit behind the scenes. An ambivert who enjoys learning, she finds joy in reading, writing, and teaching, and is never far from her next spicy noodle fix.

Production Manager

Candice, our Production Manager — the calm in the production storm with a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand on every timeline. She keeps our production team running smoothly, making sure quality stays high and everything moves efficiently from concept to completion.
When she’s not keeping operations on track, you’ll usually find Candice fuelled by coffee (non-negotiable), diving into true crime podcasts, documentaries, or books, or spending time at Killarney Race Track supporting her husband and their team. She also makes time for her weekly evening aqua aerobics session — because balance is everything, even in a busy production schedule.
